Entrada de los cofrades en salón de Investiduras de Exponav
La Cofradía Europea de la Vela ha celebrado con gran éxito los actos de investidura en Ferrol 2013. Este año han participado cofrades de España, Portugal, Andorra, Puerto Rico, Chile, Estados Unidos de América, Angola, Peru y Venezuela.
Este año han durado tres días las actividades.
Invitados Investidura. José María Costa (Alcalde de Viana do Castelo) y José María Cardona (Gerente de la Exponav)
La tabla (Junta Directiva) y el Consejo General (Asamblea) aprobaron las líneas de acción del 2013 siguientes:
Comités. Continuar la actividad del de cultura marítima e iniciar la de Estrategia Marítima, el social y el deportivo.
- Establecer un acuerdo de colaboración con el Ayuntamiento de Ferrol para disponer de una sede institucional de la CEV.
- Desarrollar actividades para potenciar la cultura marítima y el turismo del mar a través de proyectos expositivos, conferencias y colaboraciones con otras entidades.
Asimismo ha tenido lugar una reunión del Comité de Cultura Marítima que acordó entre diferentes iniciativas la a puesta en marcha del Centro de Patrimonio CEV, recibiendo su primera aportación del Comandante CMG José Malhao Pereira que ha donado 5 libros en los que ha participado relacionados con la Historia de la Marina Portuguesa.

Por primera vez se ha celebrado un Foro CEV con conferencias que este caso han sido desarrolladas por los cofrade Joan Antón Camuñas Feijóo sobre “Presente y futuro de la Cofradía” y Carmelo Puertas Olivet sobre “La cartografía europea del siglo XVI al siglo XX”
La investidura tuvo lugar en EXPONAV y se invistieron un total de 19 cofrades.

THE EUROPEAN SAILING FRATERNITY CELEBRATE HIS 10 MEETING IN FERROL WITH 70 MEMBERS AND NINE COUNTRIES.
The European Sailing Fraternity has celebrated successfully his activities in the endowment of Ferrol 2013. Members were from Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Puerto Rico, Chile United States of America, Angola, Peru and Venezuela.

The activities has been three days.
Board and General Assembly passed the actions plan for 2013:
- Committees. To be continue with the Maritime Culture and to start with Atlantic Maritime Strategy, social and spors.
- To establish a agreement with the Municipality of Ferrol to have the main and institucional office of Fraternity.
- Desarrollar actividades para potenciar la cultura marítima y el turismo del mar a través de proyectos expositivos, conferencias y colaboraciones con otras entidades.
Another event it was a Maritime Culture Committee meeting. One of the themes was the creation of CEV Heritage Center. Jose Malhao Pereira, member of the committee has donated 5 books wrote by him to the Fraternity as first present to the CEV Heritage Center. He was writer of this books about the History of Portuguese Navy.
In this edition it has took place a CEVForum with conferences. There were two conferences. One it was made by Joan Antón Camuñas Feijóo about “Present and future of Saling Fraternity”. Another it was about “European Cartography between XVI and XX centuries” from Carmelo Puertas Olivet.
The endowment took place in Exponva and there were invest 19 brothers.
