La Cofradía Europea de la Vela ha aprobado en la reunión de la Tabla el primer avance de programa de actividades para la próxima investidura y entrega del Premio CEV a Peter Dirk Siemsen.
La localidad elegida para estos actos ha sido Santiago de Compostela. Ciudad que acoge los restos del apostol Santiago después de su viaje en barco (según la leyenda en un barco de piedra) desde Jerusalén a Iria Flavia a través de la Ría de Arousa y ascendiendo a pie hasta Santiago.
La fechas elegidas serán del 7 al 9 de marzo de 2014. En Santiago habrá varios escenarios para las distintas actividades. Desde el Hostal de los Reyes Católicos, Parador Nacional de 5 estrellas, hasta la Catedral de Santiago con el Botafumeiro y pasando por la Ciudad de la Cultura situada en el monte Gaias de Santiago.

Además de la Investidura y la entrega del Premio CEV 3 edición a Peter Dirk Siemsen tendrán lugar el Foro CEV y varios actos de confraternización.

12.00 H Misa del Peregrino en la Catedral de Santiago de Compostela con ofrenda al apóstol y con funcionamiento del botafumeiro. (incensario monumental).

La Cofradía ha realizado una pre-reserva de 20 habitaciones a 155,00 € habitación doble con alojamiento y desayuno por día. (140,00 € en uso individual).
Se ha realizado otra pre-reserva de 40 habitaciones en el NH-Obradoiro***** a 75,00 € habitación doble con alojamiento y desayuno por día.

ADVANCE PROGRAM ACTIVITIES OF THE INVESTITURE CEREMONY AND FRATERNITY AWARD IN SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA ON 7th– 9th OF MARCH 2014 .
The European Sailing Fraternity approved the first proposal of the program of activities for the Investiture Ceremony and Fraternity Awards to Peter Dirk Siemsen. at the meeting of the board of directors. (Tabla)
Santiago de Compostela has been chosen for locating these acts. In this city is the tomb of the Apostle Saint James after his boat trip ( according to legend in a stone boat ) from Jerusalem to Iria Flavia through the Arousa Bay and his transport walk to Santiago .
The dates chosen are from 7th to 9th March 2014. In Santiago there will be different places for the different activities: The Hostal of the Catholic Kings (National Parador of 5 stars), the Cathedral of Santiago with his Botafumeiro and the City of Culture in Santiago mount Gaias.
As well as the Investiture Ceremony and Fraternity Awards 3rd edition to Peter Dirk Siemsen will take place the conferences of the Forum CEV, meetings of boards of the Fraternity and several acts of fraternization.
