La Cofradía Europea de la Vela a través de su Capítulo de Canarias ha organizado un acto de Entrega de Diplomas de Amigos CEV por el que se han incorporado un total de 19 nuevos Amigos CEV. Además se han matenidos reuniones con Autoridades para trabajar en proyecto de Rally-Crucero Lisboa-Canarias y una comida de confraternización.

The European Sailing Fraternity and its Chapter of Canary Islands has organized a new ceremony of Diplomas Friends CEV/ESF with an incorporation of 19 new CEV/ESF Friends. Also the Grand Master had meetings with authorities of the Islands to work in the Cruiser/Rally Lisbon-Canaries project and participated in the official Fraternization Lunch.

La Cofradía ha desarrolla entre el 11 y 13 de noviembre una serie de actividades en Canarías con el apoyo y organización del Capítulo de Canarias y sus miembros, de la mano de su coordinador Enrique Boissier y Juan Marrero Portugués.

Las actividades desarrolladas han sido.

Día 11.

Ha habido una Navegación para ver los barcos de la famosa ARC que van a cruzar el Atlántico. Posteriormente se han realizado unas visitas institucionales a las que asistió nuestro Gran Maestre junto con el comité organizador de la Regata-Rally Lisboa-Canarias para pedir su colaboración.

Día 12.

Se organizó una comida de confraternización de cofrades de Capítulo de Canarias en el R.C.N.de Gran Canaria presidida por nuestro cofrade Juan Marrero Portugués. Posteriormente tuvo lugar una reunión con Enrique Boissier y Jorge Cantero como mesa de trabajo del Comité de Eventos sobre Rally Lisboa-Las Palmas 2017.

Día 13

Tuvo lugar el acto de Entrega diplomas CEV en el Gabinete Literario de Las Palmas. El acto estuvo presidido por la Delegada del Gobierno en Canarias,  Mari Carmen Hernández Vento.

En el acto estuvieron presentes los siguientes Cofrades: Francisco Quiroga (Gran Maestre), Joaquín Blanco, Juan Marrero Portugués, Enrique Boissier, Jesús Pérez Costas, Juan Miranda, Jorge Cantero, José Romero, Patricia Guerra, Manuel Fernández Bethencourt e Jesús Quevedo Verneta.

En este marco tuvo lugar un acto de entrega de un Diploma de Reconocimiento de la Cofradía a Juan Marrero por el trabajo desarrollado para poner en marcha el Capitulo de Canarias.

El acto tuvo una importante asistencia de unas 70 personas. Una vez realizado el acto de entrega de Diplomas Amigos CEV, la nueva amiga CEV Laura Boissiers González habló en nombre del resto de nuevos amigos.

Al finalizar tuvo lugar una comida de Confraternización de todos los asistentes e invitados.

The European Sailing Fraternity and its Chapter of Canary Islands has organized a new ceremony of Diplomas Friends CEV/ESF with an incorporation of 19 new CEV/ESF Friends. Also the Grand Master had meetings with authorities of the Islands to work in the Cruiser/Rally Lisbon-Canaries project and participated in the official Fraternization Lunch.

Between on 11 and 13 of November the Fraternity has developed a series of activities in the Canary Islands with the support and organization of the Chapter of the Canary Islands and its members, under the help of its coordinator Enrique Boissier and Juan Marrero Portugués.

The activities were:

Day 11^th .

The activities started sailing in the bay to see the boats of the famous ARC that will cross the Atlantic. Later our Grand Master with the organizing committee of the regatta-Rally Lisbon-Canaries had some institutional visits to ask for its cooperation with:

1. Admiral of the Naval Command of the Canary Islands. Juan Luis Sobrino Pérez-Crespo
2. Chairman of the Port. Ibarra Luis Betancourt

Day 12^th .

A meal of fraternization from the Chapter of the Canary Islands was organized in the Gran Canaria Royal Yatch Club chaired by our colleague Juan Marrero Portuguese. Afterwards, it had a meeting among Enrique Boissier, Jorge Cantero and the Grand Master as Events Committee of the Fraternity to talk about the Rally Lisbon-Las Palmas 2017.

Day 13^th

It took place the ceremony of Diplomas CEV/ESF in the Literary Cabinet of Las Palmas. The event was chaired by the Government Delegate in the Canary Islands, Maricarmen Hernández Vento.

In the event participated these members of the Fraternity: Francisco Quiroga (Grand Master), Joaquin Blanco, Juan Marrero Portuguese, Enrique Boissier, Jesus Pérez Costas, Juan Miranda, Jorge Cantero, Jose Romero, Patricia Guerra, Manuel Fernández Bethencourt and Jesus Quevedo Verneta:

In this ceremony was delivery a recognition to the member Juan Marrero by the work develop to implement Chapter of Canary Islands.

The event had an important attendance of about 70 people. At the end on the ceremony of Diplomas Friends CEV/ESF, the new friend Laura González Boissiers spoke in the name of the rest of new friends.

Finally it took place a  Fraternization Lunch with all attendees and guests.
