CAPITULO DE LISBOA
1. Confraria Marítima de Portugal difunde E BOOK sobre legislación marítima elaborado por su cofrade Marta Chantal Ribeiro.
Nuestra entidad colaboradora Confraría Marítima de Portugal pone a disposición de los Cofrades y amigos CEV esta ebook elaborado por la Cofrades de la Confraría Marítima de Portugal Prof.ª Doutora Marta Chantal Ribeiro e Erik J. Molenaar con el título Seguridad Marítima y Protección Medioambiental en Europa (English).

2.- El Kitesurfer Francisco Norton dos Reis Lufinha, miembro de la Cofradía, establece un nuevo record mundial y supera su anterior marca sin paradas
Francisco Lufinha obtuvo nuevo récord mundial del mayor viaje de kitesurf sin paradas, superando la marca anterior de 564 kilómetros.
El récord mundial fue establecido por el propio Lufinha en septiembre de 2013, en un viaje entre Porto y Lagos.

3.- Los actos de la investidura de la Cofradía en Porto a celebrar entre el 17 y 19 de septiembre ya cuentan con 173 personas inscritos entre Cofrades, Novicios, Amigos CEV e invitados.

CAPITULO DE CANARIAS
Capítulo de Canarías sigue trabajando en la recuperación de una travesía-regata entre Brest y Gran Canaria, manteniendo reuniones con responsables públicos y privados de las Islas Canarias. Tratarán de unirla a la salida de la Arc Atlantic Rally for Cruisers que sale de las Canarias en noviembre hacia América para que puedan aprovecharla aquellos que lo deseen.

Mi querido amigo Carlo,
He recibido a través de Paco Quiroga, la triste noticia del fallecimiento de tu querida esposa Laura, y creo que pocas cosas se pueden decir en unos momentos tan duros y difíciles como los que tú estás pasando.
Las veces en que hemos coincidido, siempre he visto tu delicadeza y amor hacia ella, como un bien precioso de la vida, y puedo decirte que me ha parecido incluso conmovedor.
Te deseo toda la fortaleza y serenidad para seguir adelante, y que su recuerdo sea el mejor estímulo para ello.
Mi cariño y amistad para ti.

Caro Carlo
Por un correo de Paolo me acabo de enterar de la tristísima noticia del fallecimiento de Laura
En estos momentos de gran dolor me gustaría darte mis condolencias y las de la Cofradía por tan irreparable pérdida.
Laura era una persona entrañable y que desde la primera vez que os conocí en Lisboa en marzo del 2012 me causo una gratísima impresión y creo que el crecimiento de la Cofradía se le debe a ella ,me vienen a mi memoria aquella comida en Maspalomas donde empezamos hablar de la posible creación del Capitulo Ítalo-Maltes que Laura le pareció una bella idea.
Tenia pensado proponerte una reunión de la Cofradía en Nápoles , ahora es una obligación para poder rendir un pequeño homenaje a Laura
Sé que mis palabras no sirven para hacer más pequeño tu inmenso dolor, pero permíteme que haga una plegaria por su eterno descanso , ella desde el Cielo nos estará viendo y guiando al bordo bueno de nuestras vidas

2.- Nueva publicación del Noticiacio del Centro de Estudios de la Tradición Náutica de la Liga Naval Italiana – Nápoles.
Incluye artículos relacionados con la construcción de embarcaciones en la época romana, la travesía oceánica a bordo del Vespuccio en 1992 en atención a los 500 años del descubrimiento de América y sobre la flota de barcos de pasajeros Italiana tras la segunda Guerra Mundial entre otros artículos.

LISBON CHAPTER
1.- The Maritime Fraternity of Portugal disseminates and E BOOK of Maritime Law created by its member Marta Chantal Ribeiro.
Our collaborating entity Confraria Maritime of Portugal offers to the members and friends of ESF this ebook prepared by its member of the Maritime Fraternity of Portugal, Doctor Marta Chantal Ribeiro and Erik J. Molenaar, entitled Maritime Safety and Environmental Protection in Europe (English).
Members and friends ESF have access to this ebook with de password of Intranet in the Menu Studies and Publications, section Documentation Centre ESF, economy and environment.
2.- The Kitesurfer Francisco Norton dos Reis Lufinha, member of the Fraternity, sets a new world record and beat his previous mark without stops
Francisco Lufinha obtained new world record of the largest kite trip without stops, surpassing the previous mark of 564 kilometers.
The world record was set by the Lufinha in September 2013, on a trip between Porto and Lagos.

CHAPTER OF THE CANARY ISLANDS
Canary chapter continues to work on the recovery of a cruise-race between Brest and Gran Canaria, holding meetings with public and private decision-makers of the Canary Islands. They will try to attach this cruise-race with the Arc Atlantic Rally for Cruisers that leaving the Canaries Islands in November to America so they can take advantage of those who want it.

I have received the sad news of Laura´s death from a email of Paolo
At this time of great sorrow I would like to give my condolences and those of the Fraternity for such an irreparable loss.
Laura was an endearing person and since the first time I met in Lisbon in March 2012 she made me a pleasant impression and I think the growth of the Fraternity in Italy is part-owed to her, It comes to my mind that lunch in Maspalomas where we started discuss the possible creation of Italian-Maltese Chapter where Laura seemed a nice idea.
I had thought to propose a meeting of the Fraternity in Naples, but now is an obligation to pay as tribute to Laura
