Enrique Boissier nuestro cofrade del Capítulo de Canarias ha publicado el libro “mi vida y el mar”. El libro cuenta como tras sobrevivir a un accidente casi mortal logro cruzar el Atlántico en 3 ocasiones. La primera travesía fue en enero de 1997. El segundo en el 2001. El tercero en el 2003.
Enrique Boissier our member of the European Sailing Fraternity of the Canary´s Chapter has published the book “My Life and the Sea”. The book tells how after surviving a fatal accident he could sail across the Atlantic on 3 occasions. The first trip was in January 1997. The second in 2001. The third in 2003.
En cada travesía relata día a día las incidencias y en muchos casos datos de situación, vientos y otros acontecimientos que serán de gran utilidad al que quiera llevar a cabo este maravilloso viaje.
La publicación está acompañada de fotografías de sus barcos, amigos y los lugares que ha visitado.
Está publicado por la editorial Noray como relatos de viajes y se puede adquirir por internet en www.noray.es utilizando el buscador poniendo el título de la publicación “mi vida y el mar”.
Enrique presentado su libro al comandante del Juan Sebastián Elcano Don Enrique Torrez en su estancia en las Palmas de Gran Canaria antes de partir para las Américas.
Otro amigo de la Cofradía y próximo Cofrade Stefano Faggioni ha sido reconocido por la Universidad de Genova. Le ha otorgará el titulo Honoris Causa en Design Naval Nautico, que será el primero en la historia de esta carrera universitaria. Este reconocimiento se realiza en el 10 aniversario de la fundación del programa “Laurea Magistrale in Design Navale e Nautico”. Esto refleja la importancia que en Italia se le da al Diseño Náutico y como se reconoce a personas jóvenes como Stefano que han aportado valores singulares y peculiares al diseño naval náutico.
La familia Faggioni lleva desde el siglo XVIII dedicada al diseño naval naútico siendo Stefano la 4 generación.

Enrique Boissier our member of the European Sailing Fraternity of the Canary´s Chapter has published the book “My Life and the Sea”. He talks about each day cruise and recounts incidents and in many cases data of position, winds and other events that will be useful to all that want to make this wonderful journey.
The publication includes photographs of his ships, friends and the places visited.

Enrique presented his book to the commander of the Spanish Navy Ship Juan Sebastian Elcano, Mr Enrique Torres during its stay in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria before leaving to America.
Another friend of the European Sailing Fraternity and next Member, Stefano Faggioni has been recognized by the University of Genova. He has been awarded the title of Honorary Causa in Nautical and Naval Design, which will be the first in the history of this university in Nautical and Naval Design.
