Río Douro. Porto
The European Sailing Fraternity will celebrate its Investiture Event and other activites in Porto next 17th to 20th of September.
The city of Porto and its Douro River will be the chosen city for the annual event of incorporation of new members.
The main activities are:
• Investiture of new members in the Noble Hall of the City of Porto.
• Fraternization travel. Route along the Douro River (Wine Region and International Heritage of UNESCO) will be made by bus, boat and train. It will include visits to wineries like Caves da Quinta do Vallado..
• Quarterly Meeting Table of the Brotherhood.
• General Council (Assembly).

The reservation of hotels will be directly by participats in the chosen hotel . It will be a pick up bus servicie only at sected hotels.
Shortly they will provide a registration form in which will be indicated all the activities to participate, their costs and payment. The trip down the river Douro is limited to 95 people. Booking will be by order of registration.
The organization and sponsors will pay the cost of welcome and farewell cocktails.
The remaining costs will be pay by the participants. Payments may be made at the Hotel Sheraton in the Reception of participants, with the delivery of documentation on the 17th for those who join that day. The remaining participants can make payment on 18 in the same circumstances (Hotel Sheraton)
